Fees and Billing
What is your fee structure?
All work is charged at a standard hourly rate of £100, unless a different rate has been agreed in writing for a specific instruction.

Invoices are issued per instruction or monthly. Payment terms: 7 days.
Roles and Responsibilities
Who is responsible for the final advice given to clients?
You are. Paraplan Partners produces documentation and technical analysis based solely on the information supplied.
You remain responsible for suitability, recommendations, compliance, and client communication.
Do you verify client information?
No. We do not verify or investigate client circumstances, suitability, or product information.
If inconsistencies are noticeable, they may be flagged as a courtesy, but this does not create liability.
Amendments and Corrections
What if I need changes after a report is completed?
Factual errors will be corrected within 28 days at no additional charge.
Amendments resulting from new information, revised objectives, adviser requests, or additional technical requirements are charged at the standard hourly rate.
Data Protection and Security
How is client data handled?
We act as:

All data is processed securely and only under the adviser’s instruction. Client data can be deleted or returned upon request.
